24.    France:      Cotes Du Rhone Premier Terroir 2004/2005

Aged in oak for 1 year, good tannin structure. The nose of ripe fruits is confirmed on the palate and develops to some hints of raspberries and blackcurrant. A well balanced and harmonious wine which displays a great length.

 

25.    France:      Michel Lynch Reserve 2006

Dark berry fruit flavours with good balance and finish. A good Cabernet

Sauvignon/Merlot blend.

 

26.    Australia:   Canonbah Bridge Shiraz Grenache 2004/ 2005

Crimson red in colour. The nose displays rich spice with hints of stewed plum

with slight cinnamon and pepper. The palate displays delighted cherry and

blackcurrant fruit characters with soft tannins on the finish.

 

27.    Spain:       Lealtanza Réserva Rioja 2000

Clean, intense cherry-red colour. Offering different and complex aromas, mainly for its very ripe quality fruit but also from the elegance of its ageing in mostly new French and American oak.

 

28.    France:      Chateauneuf du Pape Grand Reserve 2004

Wine aged in oak for 1 year. Strong structure with well-balanced tannins.

Flavours of jammy red fruit with a touch of vanilla and developing earthy notes and hints of truffles.
